Last month, I posted about different technology resources that can be used for summarizers, reflections, and exit slips. This month, I would like to share some resources that can be used for lesson activators. As the resources one might be using for a lesson activator will probably vary based on subject areas and the lesson/unit that one is teaching, it is hard to give a comprehensive list of resources that could be utilized. So, below I have compiled a list of resources that could be used as a resource for utilizing technology for lesson activators. Regardless of which resource you use, the purpose should be to engage your students, spark conversation, and prepare them to begin their learning for the day.
Resources for Gathering Student Input and Responses (resources continually updated on my website here)
Quiz and Polling Resources (resources continually updated on my website here)
I know there are so many web resources and iOS apps that could be used for activators or increasing student engagement - this is just a list of some resources I have come across or have seen/heard about teachers using in the classroom. Feel free to share your own below!
